WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
 
We offer shipping in the United States and International. Products after production will be shipped from Blueteashop’s warehouse.

WHAT IS OUR TIMEFRAME?
 
For production: It’s gonna be 1-5 days right after the customer pay for their order and the time is based on the product type they picked.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 5 business days.
  • The US shipping time: You will receive your order from 7 – 14 business days from the date that it is shipped out. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • International shipping time: You will receive your order from 7 – 20 business days

  • Order cutoff time: 10:00 PM – (GMT-05:00) Easten Standard Time (New York).

Total delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time
  • US: Total delivery time is 8-19 days (including order processing time)
  • International: Total delivery time is 8-25 days (including order processing time)
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
For items that ship from our overseas supplier, there’s typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it’s processed at USPS facilities in the US.

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
 
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
 
We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
 
Customers will not have to pay any taxes. All taxes, duties, and customs fees will be paid by Blueteashop.
 
HOW DO WE HANDLE ORDERS WITH WRONG ADDRESS?
We always create favorable conditions for our customers.
For orders that do not have the correct address, you will have 24 hours to contact us and adjust the delivery address. The order with the incorrect address will then be returned to the warehouse by the carrier and cancelled. We will not be able to further support this order. You can re-order another order with the correct address.
